The Supreme court has established that the Federal government may impose any mandate whatsoever upon you.
Regardless of what happens to Obamacare, the Federal government may in the future require anything!
You may be required to
- buy broccoli
- buy a Chevy
- to install wheel-chair ramps in your home
- anything you can think of
This does not mean such laws will be enacted; merely that they do not conflict with the Constitution.
It seems that with this ruling, we are no longer have limited government in any way. That is, the government is now all-powerful, and free to mandate any whim of the current politicians.
