Without exception, the “Occupy” demonstrators have not obtained permits for a demonstration. Virtually all Tea Party gatherings were required to do so. Plus obtain liability insurance.
This is not equal protection of the law. The thugs and hooligans are permitted to operate outside the law, but law-abiding average Americans are not.
Yet another double standard.
The Occupiers should have to comply with the same laws that the Tea Partiers do.
