The Occupy movement is trying to change rights to speech and assembly into rights to engage in criminal behavior.
There are not only the obvious crimes of assault, theft, drugs, sex crimes, and so on. But there are also the less obvious crimes of confiscation of property, illegal squatting, and interference with the rights of other to earn their livelihood.
Free speech and assembly do not give the right to “occupy.”
