Racist when you oppose me – tolerant when you agree with me

So when 70% of the public approves of a black President, we have a tolerant, open-minded, multi-cultural society. As we had shortly after the 2008 election.

But when the approval rating drops to about 40%, we then have a racist, bigoted, hateful society.

Isn’t it amazing how drastically the fabric of our culture careens wildly from one extreme to the other? That one day there can be no Tea Party, and a few months later, a large, dynamic movement?

Or wait … maybe it is not our culture. Maybe it is that the wolf in sheep’s clothing has been unmasked.
