One would think from listening to many liberal pundits that anti-illegal immigration is the same as being anti-immigration. By this line of thinking being anti-illegal drugs is the same as being anti-drug. That is, all the contents of the corner drugstore should be banned, because illegal drugs should be banned.
This is of course ludicrous.
It is yet another case of the “sound bite” attack used to make those espousing anti-illegal immigration look bad.
