Once again Robert Kuttner on the Huffington Post repeats his talking points. It is as if he thinks he will convince the opposition simply by repeating his position over and over.
For example, “the solution is to the left ….” That is an opinion that is not substantiated by in enlightened society.
As long as the sides are 100% committed to their viewpoint and unwilling to change, there is no solution and no grounds for compromise. It is like saying to the North Koreans, “why can’t you just get along with your countrymen to the South and learn to compromise?” It is an exercise in futility.
