What Constitution?

If the Federal Government prevails on it latest overreach via the Commerce Clause, it will be the effective end of the Constitution.

There will be virtually nothing in modern life of importance that the Commerce Clause can not be misinterpreted to cover, thus making our Federal Government all-powerful.

We may as well then do away with any idea of “limited government” and start accepting the concept of “limited individual rights” subject only to the whim of the President, his executive orders, and his appointed czars.

The upcoming election will be the last chance to reverse this course.
