The health care waivers granted to some 1,400 organizations so far represent “unequal protection of the law.”
All organizations subject to the “mini-meds” programs should be given a blanket waiver. Since the program apparently only works with waivers, all should get them. And if you don’t get them, why not just act if you did? Why should not not be granted the same protection that Obama apparently grants to his favored, Obamacare supporters? The labor unions, AARP, those located in Pelosi’s district?
