I am wondering if there might be some person from one of the 59 precincts in Pennsylvania who could step forth to claim they voted for Romney.
This reminds me of the $100,000 reward from Andrew Breitbart for video evidence of spitting on a black Congressman. If nobody steps forth, then the zero vote might be true. Is there such a person?
