- Government takes as much wealth as possible from its “servants” (that is, all of us).
- Spread the wealth by spending as much as possible in every conceivable way. If “good ways” to spend cannot be found, no matter. It is even better to have wasteful spending, because that is how best to put the wealth into the pockets of government cronies.
- Step one not providing enough money? No worries. Just borrow it or create it from nothing.
